Terms of service

Last updated October 5, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and 0sec, a Delaware C corporation ("we", "us"), which runs flockfs: the hosted service at app.flockfs.com, its MCP server, and the website flockfs.com. By using flockfs you agree to them. If you use flockfs for a company, you agree for that company. Our privacy policy explains how we handle data.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details and tokens safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what the agents and apps you connect do with the access you give them. Tell us right away if you think your account or a token has been misused.

Your content

Everything you and your agents put in flockfs stays yours. You give us permission to store, copy, process and display it only as needed to run flockfs for you and the people and agents you share it with. You confirm you have the right to put it there.

Acceptable use

Do not use flockfs to break the law, infringe others' rights, spread malware, attack or overload our systems or anyone else's, get around plan limits or access controls, or resell the service without our agreement. We may suspend accounts that do.

Plans and billing

Open source

The flockfs software is open source under the Apache License 2.0, except the enterprise features in its ee/ directory. These terms cover the service we host, not your own use of the open-source code.

Availability and changes

We work to keep flockfs available and your data safe, but we provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We may change or stop features. If we ever shut down the hosted service, we will give you reasonable notice to export your data.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim about flockfs is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and 100 US dollars.

Indemnity

If someone makes a claim against us because of your content or your use of flockfs in breach of these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of that claim.

Ending

You can stop using flockfs at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. Either way, you can export your data first unless that would break the law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Delaware.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and for changes that matter we will tell account owners in advance. Continuing to use flockfs after that means you accept the new terms.
